1. General Information

Thank you for shopping with SkiGripUSA.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States and internationally.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

⚠️ Note: The Federal Trade Commission’s “Mail Order Rule” (16 CFR §435) requires that items advertised online be shipped within the time stated at purchase, or if no time is stated, within 30 days of order placement. SkiGripUSA fully complies with this regulation.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $55

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may extend delivery times.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SkiGripUSA is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or other charges applied to international shipments.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@skigrips.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue in accordance with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and FTC consumer protection standards.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If you wish to make changes, contact contact@skigrips.com as soon as possible with your order number.

9. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, SkiGripUSA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • Public holidays or unforeseen events

If your order is delayed beyond 30 days from the date of purchase (as per FTC Mail Order Rule), you will be notified and may choose to either:

  • Accept a revised delivery date, or

  • Request a full refund.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.

International shipping is available to most countries in Europe. For other destinations, please contact us prior to purchase.
