Refund policy

At SkiGrip, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that appear to have been used, damaged, or altered.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at admin@skigrips.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard U.S. shipping cost: $5.

  • Free shipping for orders over $55.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

If you haven’t received a refund within this time frame, please check with your financial institution first. If you still have not received it, contact us at contact@skigrips.com.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different color, size, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@skigrips.com with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
