We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing errors).

  • Limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods offered through Shopify Payments.

By submitting payment, you authorize us (through Shopify) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on location and method selected at checkout.

  • Standard shipping within the U.S.: $5 flat rate

  • Free shipping for orders over $55

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@skigrips.com with your order number.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.

8. Product Warranty and Disclaimer

Our products are designed for recreational and sports use.
SkiGripUSA provides a limited warranty that products are free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Disclaimer: Except as expressly provided, all products and services are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SkiGripUSA, its affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, and designs — is the property of SkiGripUSA LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

For California residents, you may also have specific consumer rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkiGripUSA, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
